Perpetual Midnight
“Grey churchstones”
This song was the very first time I collaborated with Jerry and Mario of the californian post-punk/gothic band Perpetual Midnight. I co-produced the track, adding electric and electronic bass, electric piano and ethereal synth pads, mixed and mastered it.
This is one of several tracks available by PM, as I apparently like to call him, but this one is a collaborative effort, with Villa Vide. It is also the one that strikes me as the most beautiful, slowly levitating out of a synth pit, and blossoming bleakly with great vocal yearning.– Mick Mercer
Then we collaborated again on two songs of this album, “The process” and “A stranger”:
Les Jumeaux Discordants
In 2015, I composed this piano solo track and added to it a floating electric guitar to share it with the darkwave duo Les Jumeaux Discordants from Varese, Italy. They added their own interesting and surprising arrangements…

On the same album I also collaborated to this track where I added my piano and dramatic synthesizer/string machine chords.
After this first collaboration I played live in Paris with Aima the singer of Les Jumeaux Discordants and then made an instrumental piece for her project associating some of her poetry with musics made by different artists:

More pain
In 2015 and 2016 I participated to this album with this darkwave, industrial and dark ambient band from Milan, playing also live with them on a few occasions. On these tracks I mostly played electric and acoustic guitar (the darkfolk song Krampus folk rustre for instance), and composed the basis for the songs “Strange hypnogents” and “Chólera”, as well as “Keep back looking” forward with the added participation of my friend Nico Guerrero of Vortex.
